RULES

Park rules are determined and regulated by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation.

Park Hours: 6:00 a.m – 1:00 a.m

For the good of the park and all who use it, the following are prohibited:

Bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, or skateboards

(Bicycle brackets for storage are provided on the perimeter of the Square)

Motorized vehicles

Frisbee or ball playing

Vending or solicitation

Alcoholic beverages

Attachments to trees or shrubs

Feeding wildlife

Camping

Outdoor public serving of food

Neglecting to clean up after your dog

No smoking on park grounds

Permits are required for special events, amplified music, or presentations.

 

To help preserve the park, please DO NOT:

Litter

Remove wildlife, plants, stones, or other park property

Attach a bicycle to the fence

Dogs must be kept on a leash no greater than six feet in length.

Park regulations are strictly enforced and violations are subject to fines.

Signs with these rules are posted at all park entrances.

The Philadelphia Police have asked for all reports of unsafe behavior or the

breaking of park rules to be called into 911.
